Bad idea
Recently I saw an article on Facebook
and it said that billionaire Bill Gates spent 1 billion dollars on climate
change. Now that’s just wasted money. There are some people out
there who buy into this climate change nonsense. If you do, you exclude
the sovereignty of God. You tell God we can do a better job and decide
what the weather will do.
Genesis 1:1
“In the beginning God created the
heavens and the earth.”
It wasn’t a Big Bang, and we didn’t
evolve. There is a creator and he’s still in control. As for Mr.
Gates and those buying into the Greta Thunberg and Al Gore nonsense well King
Solomon has a verse just for you because sometimes, we’re stupid and make bad
decisions.
Proverbs 19:3
“People ruin their lives by their own
foolishness and are angry at the Lord.”
That’s correct when you follow this
climate change nonsense you basically pick a fight with God and it’s not one
you will ever win.
We need to remember the words of
Psalm 46:10
“Be still, and know that I am God!
I will be honored by every nation.
I will be honored throughout the world.”
See there’s three fundamental
principles to life you need to remember from all this.
1. There is a God
2. You are not Him
3. There is no vacancy
Isaiah 55:8-9
“For my thoughts are not your
thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,’. declares the Lord. ‘For as the
heavens are higher than the earth so are My ways higher than your ways And my
thoughts than your thoughts.’”
Matthew 6:34
“So do not worry about tomorrow; for
tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Instead of seeking to change the
climate and weather seek the God who created it all.
